Communication is key in here. Make sure things get committed well and documented. Service has been great but quality of work can be lacking. Nothing like getting a truck (new to me) fresh out of inspection. And can physically see something is wrong with the alignment. But "we don't do alignment", didn't get 5 miles down the road and I'm like WTF is wrong. Suffered it for the run to NC. Peterbilt gets it and thankfully under warranty. i deal with the delta branch on a daily basis. I find the staff in parts very knowledgeable and friendly. The service department, shout out to Matt, although fairly new is excellent. He’s on the ball with getting back to me, answering my questions, just getting things done! Excellent job guys, i hope to do business with you for a long time to come. Also, the shop mechanics are all great. Always go above and beyond to keep me happy.
