3/11/25So far nothing good to say about service department. Doesn't want to hear about problem. He said he'll figure it out.3/12 25 receive call from mister Miller about my concern and after receiving my previous invoices he understood my concern. Got me in the shop at the estimated time. Went above and beyond to get the issue resolved at the time. Thank you. More communication with the driver could have saved a day in the shop. You are only one broken bolt away from a 30 minute job to becoming a 3 day job. Thank you

My driver arrived with a hot load on his trailer and after sitting broke down at the shop for almost 5 days (since they were slammed ) Jessie (the sho manager) got us in, diagnosed and out of the shop by the next day. They really stepped up .
