Customer service is the worst in parts. They need a new parts manager or something cause it's ridiculous every time I go. The will call guy has anger issues or something. I ring the bell since he's not there and comes yelling and mad cause I rang the bell when I've been waiting a few minutes to see if he's gonna come. The regular parts counter needs to work faster. I've seen people walking out because they take forever.
Submitted a very positive review of this some place earlier. But i don't appreciate when my time is wasted due to another's incompetency, and I don't think you do either. Short story, 1 guy says they'll have the part at the end of the day. Arrive to find out, it's not expected for another 2 or 3 days. So if You don't like wasting your time... get Confirmation. -Even if it feels like you're making a nuisance of yourself. Because the alternative is just a potentially very disappointing experience.

I brought my truck in today with a broken shock and bracket. Adam in service and Joey in the body shop got me in and fixed super quick. Great bunch of folks here.
I left my truck there for 4 days to get service done on it. I was told that she will be ready on the Saturday when I came to get her. Nothing had been done at all.
