I've seen others say the same thing and im just here to confirm. The staff see you waiting and dont care. I've started coming here for my job and I hate when they send me because I know its going to take forever and they are going to ignore you for as long as possible. Stay clear of this place if you in a bit of a rush or if you value your time .
Been a customer for years not by choice but its "Peterbilt" and it's closest! Experience today, called 3 times! 1st time, great got a parts guy who knows "stuff". Great customer service! 2nd call, ordering parts, spoke to someone, put on hold, then straight to take a survey, hung up. 3rd call got no customer service skills, made to feel ignorant and was told that the second guy hung up on me because he didnt know what I was talking about. Also put me on hold for more that 13 min! 🤨
