Horrible place..DO NOT GO HERE...They are Incompetent they will take your money for repairs done.BUT...Not done right misdiagnosed.......Highly recommended to stay away from this Rip Off Peterbilt Shop...After their work done on our truck we broke down 300 miles down the road had to be towed to another Peterbilt shop only for them to find what Goodland Kansas Peterbilt misdiagnosed and costs us $2550 more ontop of Goodland Kansas Peterbilt 1173.00..God Damn ripoffs..Thanks Goodland Kansas Peterbilt for screwing us and not ha... read more
I would avoid this place like the plague! The manager is rude and a liar went in for a simple clutch replacement and while doing so they replace the starter and ever since I have been plagued with electrical issues and not once did I have anything happening before. They absolutely refused to own up to any mistakes or to make it right will not go back it took them a month to do a clutch replacement
They act like they don't want your business. I mentioned I had an RV next door at the KOA and needed some things. The moment I said RV I could see they weren't interested. BTW, it's a diesel pusher. I needed an air dryer filter and he said I need to speak to the guy that just went to Service guy that just went to the bathroom. I joked and said "And he'll turn to you and ask you for the part". He says "No, we don't have it". He had no idea whether I had Haldex, Bendix or what! I never said and he never asked. I said "OK. How ... read more
