They rip you off every time they can
Bought a 2023 peterbilt, 3 months later truck keeps showing transmission error. Took it back and got charged over $600 and told that the service company overgreased the transmission. Two weeks later same problem recurs! Called them only to realize I was conned. Today I get a mail from peterbilt for a safety recall for the transmission, am taking the truck back and demanded my $600. That dealership’s technicians is nothing but a consortium of idiots mascarading as mechanics!!!
