I am just blown away about the response I just got from JX Peterbilt. Had a 2023 Peterbilt dropped off for 3 open campaigns that needed done. Two were software updates and the other was dropping oil and removing the oil pan and replacing the main bearing cap bolts. I had explained to the service writer that truck in route to there shop had a sound like a fuel knock. All they have done to me is lie!!! Say this will fix def issues doesn’t oh well now it’s this that doesn’t work well now it’s this! I get what computer says but when you changed everything 8 months ago that’s not issue than like a used car salesman tell lie after lie!!! What a disgrace to the trucking industry!!!!
