Horrible service department. Has no clue how to respect a customer's truck. Jarred needs a lesson in customer service. Truck is brand new. Few caps dangling on tanks and fuel running down polished fuel tanks. Bravo Jx
Was towed and parked outside gate Sunday 12/13/25 for the drive axel had gone out. I checked in as soon as dealer opened. They said the truck would be pulled in the shop in a couple hours. Truck was pulled into shop on Tuesday 12/15/25. I checked into motel. I called numerous times throught the next few days, and they had no idea what the issue was as they had not gotten it tore down. After market led headlights they sell are garbage. I'd compare them to the nightlight in your bathroom. Ordered new ones from place i bought originals from. They had three times the watts and 5.2 times more light than what they sell. And at a lower price. They should be embarrassed to sell those to their customers saying how great they are. Can't return since they're electric parts. Don't buy here.
Stop by from the road to replace a steer airbag. Also asked them to check for air leaks. They got me taken care of and all fixed up as quick as they could. No issues with work performed. That’s what it’s all about
