I saw Dr. Wickwire in April . I waited for over a month to hopefully get answers and solution to my inner ear issues/vertigo. His team was great, however, he was rude and dismissive. Examined my ears throat very quickly. Asked me questions and was sarcastic responses and tone in response. He provided no information, stated I needed to come back to a “dizzy” test and when I asked what that was he answered with “you’ll see” as he opened the door and showed me the exit. Dr.Wickwire did an outstanding job with a delicate surgery on a loved one. Everything from the initial conversation with the surgeon, where he had the patience to spend some time carefully explaining all parts of the procedure, and meticulously answering all our questions and assuaging our concerns, to the surgery itself, where the doctor took great care and did an outstanding job in removing the object of concern whilst protecting key nerves and nearby structures and preserving the maximum amount of viable tissue.
