I am extremely happy to be under Dr. Westman’s care. Really takes the time to listen to you and is very knowledgeable about new treatments. Office staff also is very professional. Highly recommend!

Horrible. Bottom line is when you have insurance and the “receptionist” doesn’t even bother to call my insurance company who I confirmed my coverage was in place on the spot m. O was told that I couldn’t proceed with my appointment and I could reschedule in July. . I was literally sobbing in the hallway because I did everything right. No empathy or kindness from the receptionist during all of this. Horrible. Stressful. Had 2 referrals. Front desk receptionist needs to work on her attitude, tone and manner of speaking with patients who are paying a premium to use this provider. Unacceptable the way she speaks to people.
