Sick to death of ringing on nurmourous occasions to no avail no answer can't even book my service in for my van. How does a business think they survive when they can't even answer calls. So even after 8months since I left my review i wished id never bought a renault to still think they would have improved by having staff or answering calls and messages unless your throwing your cash at them they dont bother once you need something. Four work vans have been serviced and had brake failures between 6-12 weeks after. On another time they lost keys then they found the keys but lost the entire van. The vans are very unreliable and common faults like injector faults which has happened to at least 3 of them take more than 6 weeks to fix. Gearboxes over heat and fail when brought to them they replaced the battery.
