Sick to death of ringing on nurmourous occasions to no avail no answer can't even book my service in for my van. How does a business think they survive when they can't even answer calls. So even after 8months since I left my review i wished id never bought a renault to still think they would have improved by having staff or answering calls and messages unless your throwing your cash at them they dont bother once you need something.
