I wanted to book my wife's car for a towbar installation. I was calling the service department for two weeks every day and always recieved same answer that someone will call me back, but no one ever did. I had to drive there and waste my time to get the quote for installation and book it when it could be done over the phone. Very disappointed with customer service. Don't bother calling them, they will never return your call.
Might be great at selling a car but good luck getting through to the service department. They never answer the phone
My car has been sitting there after being towed before Christmas. It’s due to be looked at 27th January. I have been calling Renault since it opened again for the New Year only for it to constantly ring out. 3wks and I am yet to have an answered phone call. Literally rings out till the engage signal. How can I check my car is there or make sure the service is being completed? The service of this place is disgusting.
Sick to death of ringing on nurmourous occasions to no avail no answer can't even book my service in for my van. How does a business think they survive when they can't even answer calls.
Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable service was exceptional and was always kept up to date with the status of the service
