If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve wasted weeks dealing with this branch, and it’s been nothing but frustration. I initially called about my radio head unit being locked and was told it needed to be reprogrammed with a diagnostic computer. Fair enough — but that’s where the confusion began. Pathetic service. I called to make an appointment to get my checked as there was an issue with my transmission a few weeks ago. They said they only service Peugeot cars and then I called the Peugeot Australia head office to see if who was able to fix my car. They directed me this shop again. I called them again and explained to them that I was referred by the head office. I took down my details and said that mechanic would be in touch soon. Absolutely useless customer service from the girl on the phone. Wouldn’t even let me speak to one of the mechanics. I tried to explain to her my working situation and how far I lived away and how desperate it was that I get my car in otherwise it was going to break down as the issue is something that can only be dealt with at a Peugeot outlet . And there was not a care in the world. Didn’t even seem interested in trying to assist me.
