I had a very disappointing experience with the service staff. I simply asked if the tyres had been changed, and instead of answering, the staff member was rude and confrontational. She accused me of raising my voice when I was speaking calmly and politely. When the manager came over, I explained that nothing had happened apart from me asking a question. I called yesterday to enquire about getting a new tyre for my Kia cerato . First I was told to go to a tyre fitter by one person then I was put through to a person named Janet who was quite abrupt with me and said that l would be contacted by close of business yesterday which never happened. This is very disappointing as I have my car serviced there but will not be in the future. Sorry but bad customer service 😔😔😔

We upgraded to a KIA Carnival two weeks ago, and didn't need to test drive it thanks to the team at Peter Warren, particularly Nicholas! They took care of us from start to finish, and detailed a scratch that they discovered during inspection before we picked it up. The amount of care and attention to detail that has gone into this process gave us reassurance.
