You guys had a cancellation on Wednesday so my car got fitted in. Thursday my car didn’t get looked at because the person the specifies in the that part for my car took a day off then today all i heard was assumptions on what could be wrong.if you gonna accept cars for service make sure you service it.i had no car for two days for no reason. Will be contacting fair trading about this. Unprofessional

Utterly useless. Can not even answer the most fundamental questions over the phone. Belligerent & ineffectual. Request call backs, will pass it on etc. Usual garbage. They don't. Lazy. Do not buy from them do not get parts do not deal with service staff. You will want to throttle them.
