This review relates to the Honda Service center, not used cars. I arrived this morning at 9am for my 9.30am service appointment which I had booked directly with the service center via phone. I had made it clear during the call that I was wanted the quicker service option (usually around 3 hours) as I am not a local and had to drive almost an hour to get there. I recommend using Charles for buying a car as he is honest ,very efficient and really was helpful in my search. WIth the amount of work and effort Charles put in to show me a Honda HR-V I would not hesitate to use him in the future .Totally honest ,no tricks of the trade ..you just know you are in safe hands and I appreciated how much he helped me. Highly recommended !
