We had an issue with our fiat rv while travelling through Sydney on a long trip. Called in to the Smithfield service centre for a checkup where the manager was very helpful and the problem was resolved within 15 minutes and we were on our way. Thanks for your efficient and professional service.
Don’t bother with these people. It took god knows how many phone calls over a few days to book a service, I was told I’ll get a call back which I never did. Eventually the manager messaged me and said he’ll book me in. Called the day before the service to confirm and unsurprisingly he never booked me in. I’m somewhat glad because I had no faith in them to carry out a simple service.
Do not trust these people. I have just lost a pvt sale of my Motorhome, thanks to the Fiat Service Manager. The potential customer spoke to them about my 2018 Fiat and he told them to steer clear of any under 2020. Great customer service. Peter and Berry Warren would be turning in their graves.
