It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rabih and Issam—both were helpful and professional throughout. Unfortunately, my overall experience with Mercedes-Benz was deeply disappointing. I purchased a Mercedes EQS in June 2025 and received the vehicle with a faulty front suspension. I was forced into repairs rather than offered a replacement.
