I own one of their properties and after almost three years we are still having issues. At present a water leak from the heating pipe between floor boards and garage ceiling. Peter Ward have told me to get a pipe detector to locate the leak! Clearly the problem stems from when the heating was installed and a slow leak has developed in a joint and over time this has become evident. Think very carefully before buying or at the very least get a survey done before parting with your hard earned cash
