Bought car at vardy perth Dec 23 within 2 weeks the place closed, had a problem was told it needed to go to carz motherwell 68miles away, car was recovered to motherwell, told it was fixed the next day, had to get my way to motherwell to pick car up, this is now going to be the 4th time in motherwell for the same fault and keep getting told it's a sensor fault, now won't give me recovery as it's been taken over by Parks and they won't honour the recovery, although the previous 3 times I needed recovery there was no problem, ... read more
The experience has been horrible. I was sold a car without a spare key. This was never communicated by the Sales Executive (Sean Douglas) during the conversations. I was promised a spare key within two weeks of purchase. However, despite chasing several times, I have still not received a spare key. Very unprofessional service!!
They changed the price of the car that I reserved, on the day that I was going to see it and potentially pay for it. Although it's legally acceptable, it seems quite unprofessional and unethical. On an earlier conversation that I had with them, I asked why they are selling it at this price and they said that they are trying to have competitive prices. Apparently, three days later the manager got greedy.
Andrew was excellent from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we picked our car up. First class service 10/10
