The experience we had with North Chicago Memorials and The sales rep, Joey, are disturbing. We asked what day would the stone for our 26 year old son be put in and she said she couldn’t tell us that. Its hard to explain the feelings we felt waiting months to see our sons headstone come in. Of course, there are mixed feelings of seeing it, making it more final that our son is gone but excited to see the etching and engraving on it.
