I was told that my autism is invalid as autistic people “can’t and don’t have empathy” in Peter Teichman’s own words. I’m baffled to say the least by the apparent lack of education regarding ASD and the spread of such a harmful incorrect bias. I would not recommended this doctor for anything regarding neurodivergence.
No people skills. Was more concerned about a lifestyle change then the problem at hand, which was a follow up to an ER visit. Cut me off multiples time and was very condescending. And was in and out before anything of my visit was discussed. Played off my condition like it was a cold and it's actually a neurological disorder. And he couldn't give two shits. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone unless you want to be treated as a number and a bandaid slapped on your problem.
Excellent doc, excellent care.
He’s a good doctor, smart, thorough, and listens to my concerns.
