Up until now I Never had a negative Experience with Dr Tarbox,Phillip Gulley or members of their Office Staff but Now that CHRISTUS My Chart is involved Trouble getting my Meds Phone calls Not answered or put Long holds by Call center Consultation Not Followed Up on
Absolutely the very worst office staff in one office I've ever been a patient of. My 1st visit after 2.5 hours waiting i left. My 1st appointment was Oct 30th. Dr Tarbox ordered 4 tests for me. It's January 14th and I've only had 2 done. I've had to call weeks at a time for Angie to get my authorizations from the insurance company. I've talked to Julie, the office manager a couple of times about my frustrations over the amount of time I've spent trying to get my appointments scheduled and not getting return calls from Angie ... read more
Dr. Tollestrup is a wonderful, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable pain specialist. He treated me for several months for stage 3 full-body CRPS (the worst pain on the national pain scale), as well as erythromelalgia, trigeminal neuralgia, disc issues, during a critical time when I was left without care. My longtime neurologist and pain specialist—who had treated and diagnosed me years ago—closed his practice and retired, leaving me in an emergency situation while I was still in Texas waiting for our lease to end. Website doesn’t work and nobody answered the phone all morning. I called a fourth time this afternoon to left on hold for a long time. If I could give zero stars, I would. God help anyone who has a seizure on a Friday.
