Start off with saying that he has the worst office staff I have ever come across in my 64 years. This is a doctor's office and yet they treat you as if you're a piece of dirt. They may act professional but they have zero empathy for the client for their time or anything they have to do to meet with the doctor schedule appointments or change an appointment. I received calls that said that I need to reschedule an appointment that I have to see him every 2 months and they told me the nearest one available is 8 months from then.... read more
The only way I was able to get an appointment was to physically go to the office. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. When I finally got into the doctor, I was impressed with how quickly he was able to diagnose my condition. Dr. Tarbox is not the issue here! The office staff is dysfunctional! Again, I physically went into the office, last Friday, to personally request a referral for PT and to get a script sent for Propranolol, a BP medication . So far, no response. You very rare someone answer your initial call. When you leaves messages, lack of return call.
Dr. Tarbox has been nothing but patient and kind. I only met with him once and it was pleasant. The front office staff is super pleasant and kind. But heaven help you if you need to get results or any additional assistance because no one else is going to assist you. It’s a never ending wait time and then they transfer you to a voicemail that no one answers and if you leave messages on the patient portal, no one responds.
