I have been seeing Dr Tarbox for about 5 years now. He is nice, patient and professional. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for his staff!!! They expect you to answer the phone when they call...but don't answer or return calls themselves. I have yet to receive a call back regarding x-rays taken three weeks ago.

The office manager needs to ensure her employees (i.e. April) are equipped to carry out daily operations. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for over a month, with no luck. Do not expect anyone else to help or provide service. If you like being hung up on numerous times call them.

While I will say I was a little nervous due to all the bad reviews, there was no reason to be. When you walk in to the building you have hope this might be the place that gets me some help that I need. I walked in 15 minutes before my appointment, filled out the paperwork online before arrival so I paid my co pay and was in the back before my appointment time. I have been a patient of Dr. Tarbox's for 4 years. Being treated for migraines. I had one appointment canceled because I was 5 minutes late due to traffic. I live about an hour away, normally an hour. I can understand canceling my appointment. I was late regardless. I recommended Dr. Tarbox to my friend after he had a stroke. The earliest they could see him was 3 months out. He scheduled the appointment. I called Dr. Tarbox's office to see if I could give my appointment to my friend, which was much sooner than 3 months out. ... read more

Very unprofessional. You have to confirm appointment after they call previous day by 2pm, like people don't have jobs. Unlike them we can't all use our phones at work, they automatically cancel your appointment. Unlike other doctors who at least send a text if unreachable by phone call. I could have at least confirmed via watch if texted. For a doctor's office no wonder their rating is so low.
