Very disturbing issues with how the office manager "runs" her staff . MAJOR ISSUES WITH HOW PHONE CALLS, ORDERED TEST RESULTS DONE RIGHT THERE, PRIOR OUTSIDE MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION BROUGHT IN AND INTERNAL INFORMATION WAS NOT ABLE TO BE FOUND THE DAY AFTER I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A FIRST TIME APPOINTMENT. Without the test results of a small mass in my brain, which is why their office manager scheduled a next day appointment, was not anywhere in that office. My husband has been a patient here since Oct 2021. We have always experienced excellent care - the staff is very thorough & we don’t feel rushed when we are here. I highly recommend Dr. Tarbox & his staff.

Absolutely a complete waste of your time. I waited 6 months for my first appointment but my referral expired. I was rescheduled for 2 months later, in 2 days, but my referral says the wrong thing. Even though it says a neurological symptom also, he won't see me. So I get to suffer for many more months because the hoops you have to jump through to see him are impossible. Do not waste your time in attempting to see him. If everything isn't 100% perfect with your referral, he and his office staff won't even let you in the door.

This Office has been reported to The Texas State Board of Medicine, and to The Medicare Quality Improvement Organization, along with Carabin and Shaw for Patient Abandonement and unethical practices. Absolutely horrific experience! This place will not even let you schedule an appointment. You have to leave a message for some phantom employee named "Frank", he does not exist because he can never complete and outgoing call to help you schedule an appointment.
