I'm 65 and have never had a doctor that I referred to as 'My Doctor'...That changed the first time I met with Dr. Hansen. He does a great job breaking down his thought process as he explores with his patient the issues surrounding the patients visit. He goes into great detail the progressions of a given topic, and does not appear to be in a hurry to get the patient out the door! I have been with Dr. Hansen for many years. He is an attentive, knowledgeable and caring doctor. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor who follows through with your health concerns and explains all options available to you so that you get the best possible healthcare.
I was having a conversation with some colleagues of mine the other day. The topic was about doctors and how they treated their patients. I was shocked to hear some of the accusations my colleagues were making. The experience I’ve always had with Dr Hansen was no where near what they have been through. Dr and staff are very professional and helpful. Every time I schedule an appointment or need to go in for an emergency is very easy to accomplish. Been with this doctor for over 5 years and I won't go anywhere else.
For past year I’ve been dealing with a bad PetScan results. Dr Stoops and his staff have been WONDERFUL (even when I’ve been emotional and difficult!). Dr Stoops has gone out of his way to help me get the tests and treatments I have needed. Each visit he spends time to go over EVERYTHING to make sure NOTHING gets overlooked!
