Anthony could not have been more helpful and professional, and Carl (who did the handover) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Carl and Anthony were great to deal with. The juke i brought didnt have any car books. Anthony was not able to find a hard copy, but he downloaded a soft copy for me. The car is great, and the service was exceptional.
