Very poor service. Made an appointment to action a recall and drove to Ballarat from another town for it, only to get a phone call as I arrived in Ballarat to say the part never arrived and they will let me know when it had arrived . I never heard back from them, so I rang them a month later and the part was there and I rebooked .Once I arrived one of the girls was very rude and dismissive. Couldn't be happier with our purchase through Peter Stevens. First time buying a brand new car! Phoebe, Carl & David were so great to deal with and made the process extremely smooth from start to finish, they were all friendly, approachable & professional. Car was ordered in August for a late Jan delivery and we were lucky enough it came in early! The car is everything we hoped for and more.
