Nissan Australia advised me that Peter Stevens Motorworld would contact me regarding my 2023 Nissan e power ti xtrail which has had 3 breakdowns since they last serviced it. I have recieved no follow up at all. The car was purchased new in December 2023 and I was expecting at least a few years of trouble free motoring. At the very least, I would expect the car company to be polite and helpful when an issue occurs. And even then followed suit once we had made that decision showed us all the bells and whistles to our new car before we left the lot so weren’t fumbling around with all the new gizmos.
