Took my car in for a service today (second time at this dealer). Dropping the car off was easy—no problems. I picked the car up and was handed a $4,500 quote to "fix" it, despite having information from other mechanics about the actual problem. Interestingly, none of these issues were mentioned at the previous service just 10,000 km ago. When I dropped the car off, there was no check engine light on.
