Friendly and professional
Nissan Australia advised me that Peter Stevens Motorworld would contact me regarding my 2023 Nissan e power ti xtrail which has had 3 breakdowns since they last serviced it. I have recieved no follow up at all. The car was purchased new in December 2023 and I was expecting at least a few years of trouble free motoring. At the very least, I would expect the car company to be polite and helpful when an issue occurs.
