Just picked up our mg4 after its 40000 service. We live on a dirt road and the car was covered in dust and insects. The windscreen was dirty inside and out. Cannot believe that they cleaned the car til it sparkled. Hardly recognised it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices for service ...excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Purchased a new car with Peter Stevens Ballarat 6 months ago and received awesome service and after care. 10,000km service was due and I booked my car in online, turned up to the service desk only to find out i had booked the incorrect date. This was not a problem for the more than helpful staff member ( she had tattoos on arm) she fitted my car in for a service on the spot at 7.30am! I received a call my car was ready at 9.30am! Awesome customer service, I would recommend them to anyone.
