Had my Patrol in in recently for some warranty work through an external provider to Peter Stevens. When it arrived back, Ben from the service department called, he had done a his own QA of the vehicle, and wasnt happy with it and wanted to send it back. After looking for myself, he was 110% right. He was amazing to deal with, his customer service is bloody phenomenal!! Highly reccomend this business, from new sales, through to the service department, and anyone that gets to deal with Ben, is very bloody lucky!!
Second time I have been car shopping. Second time I’ve walked away due to not having anyone for me to talk to. Just “ come back later”. Granted, sole salesperson was doing paperwork with another customer but not even an offer to take my number. Sorry but I live out of town and can’t just pop back. Three stars only due to having a good range
A huge building. Variety of new and used cars to browse around and the staff are professional. If your car is in for service it's around the back end and the staff are very helpful. A small lounge area with a TV which usually has sports on. Magazines to read. Free coffee or tea.
Last Thursday I had my Hyundai serviced and went to look at a RAM and a MG ute. While I was in the showrooms, no-one came out to ask if I was OK or indeed interested in purchasing either of those vehicles. Not a good way to sell cars.
