I had used a couple of carpet cleaning services before, including one for my upholstery, but the results were mixed. One visit went fairly well, although the carpet took a very long time to dry. Another cleaning took too long, the upholstery and carpet stains seemed to return after drying, and the pricing was not clearly explained upfront. Extremely professional carpet cleaning service with strong attention to detail. They work efficiently, get right to the job, and still stay friendly and patient throughout the whole process.
