I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. Unfortunately, my visit with Dr. Silberstein was deeply upsetting and left me feeling disrespected. From the beginning, Dr. Silberstein was blunt to the point of being rude. Dr. Silberstein performed a miracle on me!!! I was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer and I had 3 live lymph nodes in June 2019. The survival rate is 75% don't make it to 2 years and the other 25% is 5 years. In June, it will be 6 years since I was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Silberstein is the BEST OF THE BEST and I would highly recommen him and his entire team and staff! They discovered a tumor in my brain right after my chemo was completed. If there was an option for 0 or negative stars I would have done that. I just went for my first appointment on 4/18/25. I found him to be rude, dismissive and quite patronizing. He talked over and at me rather than to me. He was even rude to the Resident that was in the consultation. After she read my chart to him (instead of him looking at it himself) he quickly stated "I'm going to put you on a round or 2 of Iron infusions (calls in nurse to get them scheduled). Then we'll do a round of bloodwork and see where you're at." ... read more
He referred himself as a babysitter and was very rude and uncaring! Did no patient research nor any desire to be of any help!!
Not impressed. I’m sure he’s very intelligent and good at what he does, but his bedside manner is 0 Stars. 👎
