I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences with GEICO. I when for help, I was treated with no consideration or respect. Instead of listening to my concerns, I was rushed and spoken to in a dismissive way. Mr. Peter Shaw, in particular, made me feel like I was a waste of his time. Rather than helping me as a valued customer, I was basically told to just pay and leave.
