This practice has gone down the drain completely. What used to be a clinic staffed with kind and caring people who were good at their job, has now become a cold and detached place with insane turnover, to the point where you now can’t even get an appointment unless it’s an emergency. I’ve gone through several doctors and now don’t even have a “primary’ because they can’t keep a doctor or ARNP for more than a few months. I started at this practice about 10 years ago on a recommendation of my doctor in Palm Springs. Things started heading downhill a few years ago. The PA I was seeing took a sabbatical and I was assigned to a different doctor. It was OK for a while, visiting in the office and through text messages on a platform they used.
