I am a small business owner. I hired this attorney on Feb 14, 2013 to file our company's H1b petitions. I made the payment to him on Feb 25th, 2013. I asked him to confirm if its doable to file the H1b petition as its our first time filing the petition. He said its doable and asked my to make the payment.
