I have had my car/cars, over many years with Peter Roberts Car Sales. My one star rating is not the rating for work received on my car but for the invoice I paid $328 in cash for my last service on the 28/08/2025. Subsequently I have been mailed each month an overdue account. Today, I received another overdue amount $328 for being overdue by 90 days! BIG THANK YOU TO DAMIEN who refused to take my LDV after it broke down and had to be towed, just because I wrote an honest report about Peter Roberts. Damien was plain rude and obnoxious and he certainly won't receive the award for best customer service. Well he did me a big favour. I took it to another mechanic who not only fixed the problem but identified some issues that Peter Roberts' mechanics had not noticed. LDV G10 service $506!? Gatton mechanics (where I used to live) charges me $240. First attempt to do a wheel alignment: FAIL cost $70, Second attempt, Peter Roberts charged me $88. I disputed having to pay twice for the same job but I paid it under protest. Adam Roberts, the service manager insisted I pay twice for the same job. Bought a NEW car off them back in November 2024 to find that the paint had marks and was faded all over. When brought to there attention they said they will contact the company and get it sorted, has now been over 2 months with no further information even when going in twice to chase this up with little to no further information and terrible customer service.
