My mother was inpatient at Northside hospital for over a week with a number of neurological issues. The physicians at Northside urged my father to get my mother in with Dr. Futrell specifically. They live outside of the area but were pleased with her care at Northside and trusted their opinions. Distance did not matter, as long as my mom received what she needed by the “best”. The receptionist was absolutely RUDE and the doctors said they would not do a MRI or fmri. I had accidental carbon monoxide exposure and was having symptoms. Went to hospital they told me to see this Neurolgist. I was already concerned calling this Neurolgist practice because of reading their bad reviews. Dr Futrell has helped me so much . He listens to what you have to say ,takes the time to answer your questions and not act like he dosnt care or try to rush you . He is also my father in laws Dr and is wonderful with him. I drive 45 minutes just to see him cause Dr's at Braselton where I leave dosnt care or know how to treat my condition. My ENT in Dacula has now referred patients to him ..

It seems like people are most likely to write a review when they are upset. This one is the other way. Dr Futrell was caring and detailed with my spouse, who had had a recent mini-stroke. There is no doubt about it, he’s matter-of-fact, but you can tell he cares. We were a little concerned when we saw the bad reviews, but we should not have been. The office staff were also pleasant and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about this practice. We are going to return for sure.
