I’ve read the negative reviews and I’ve got to say that I have experienced nothing negative about Dr. Futrell. He’s as sharp as a filet knife, he’s an excellent listener, and he answers ALL of my questions ALL of the time. He’s a straight shooter and I appreciate that.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Futrell. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He already read my chart and knew my history. He asked questions and listened and I was in and out without feeling rushed. Very positive first experience.
As I’m reading the reviews, I am wondering if my daughter and I saw the same doctor! Dr. Futrell knew my daughters case because he was the On Call Doctor when we brought her to the ER. It was determined that she had bacterial meningitis and was at Northside for a week. We saw Neurology during her stay was very impressed with what they did for her. Her follow up appt with Dr. Futrell was thorough and very pleasant. Next step is a MRI just to be sure all is OK. I would recommend him and am sorry that the others had an unpleasa... read more
