Over the past few months, I have thought very long and hard about if I should write a review. I genuinely do not like writing reviews; so the company/brand/or individual whom I am reviewing has to either overly-serve my needs, or terribly underserve my needs. I will say this: Dr. Futrell presents as very intelligent on the surface, but I'm still not quite sure who he is medically. He was quite dismissive and even came across as arrogant. My mother was inpatient at Northside hospital for over a week with a number of neurological issues. The physicians at Northside urged my father to get my mother in with Dr. Futrell specifically. They live outside of the area but were pleased with her care at Northside and trusted their opinions. Distance did not matter, as long as my mom received what she needed by the “best”. My dad brought her to her appointment that they waited two months for, and they were blown off by Dr. Futrell. He had “nothing to discuss with her” an... read more
customer service is terrible you can never get through medical records so i called the front office at 11:33 to get status on medical records she put me on hold for almost 15 minutes idk for what, how long does it take to get a status and then hung because of their lunch

The receptionist was absolutely RUDE and the doctors said they would not do a MRI or fmri. I had accidental carbon monoxide exposure and was having symptoms. Went to hospital they told me to see this Neurolgist. I was already concerned calling this Neurolgist practice because of reading their bad reviews. Again, going to a hospital they told me the next step is a neurologist and calling Poison Control who were very professional and caring said the next step is a neurologist for best prognosis So I’m supposed to see a neurolo... read more
