Dr. Ansorge recommended a Heart Scan. I got that set up with the IU clinic in WL. Scan was prompt and professional and really easy to do. I got the written report of the findings about a hour after the scan and a personal phone call from Dr. Ansorge's office of his review an hour or so after that...all on the same day. Very pleased with the procedure and responses.
I am still very disturbed by an appointment I had with this doctor a few years ago. Was incredibly pushy to do a Pap smear….. talked about it multiple times during my appointment, when that area was no where near the concern I was having and I told him I already had a pap done at alternate provider.
He was my husband's physician. My husband saw him repeatedly about his shoulder that he hurt in a fall and was giving him pain for many months (in fact, it has been permanently ruined), and instead of ordering any imaging despite repeat visits, Ansorge's comment was always "you should exercise more" (this despite the fact my husband is normal weight, and we walk and hike around 40 km total each week because we have been training for trekking).
