If you are getting a to go order, make sure you walk up there and tell them right away otherwise they will keep attending others before you, not once were I told “we will be right with you” or acknowledged. They looked my way for sure, but I had to tell them I wanted me to go order, and they said “oh” and the manager kept just moving boxes and doing other task while the cashier looked at me and continued to take orders
