My order was placed incorrect by them and when I spoke with the manager (Alyssa) she just had an ugly attitude and very unprofessional.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service we experienced today. We called in our order an hour prior due to the holiday & understanding it’s a busy night but upon arrival the manager, Monica, let us know she never out in our order and let us walk out the door empty handed. She had no solution nor did she show any empathy towards their mistake. It’s not about the food but lack of professionalism. Hire better; train better.
