Called In a pickup. Had me waiting over 30 minutes. Saw the pizzas was ready.Ask the manager if it was ready. Was pretty much useless and told me to ask the front. When asked she basically forgot to call me.
Very disappointed. We literally ordered our take-out from the parking lot. When we picked up our orderat the appropriatet scheduled time, our order was cold. That made us feel like we picked up some else's order that had been sitting there. I wish they would excersise better customer service and make up our order, fresh and hot.
