Had a horrible experience attempting to adjust my online order. I was kept on the phone until it was too late to fix my order. I was told the doordash driver had picked up 10 minutes before I called which was not true, I had called right after I had placed the order. The person I spoke with passed the phone to her manager "Sergio" who called his GM who told him there was nothing they could do for me. My brother called back and the GM was there the entire time. My sister ordered pizzas, realized she ordered one to many. Called immediately and was given the run around until apparently it was to late to where they could no longer cancel the extra pizza order nor refund her the money. The employee said her manager was named Sergio who also had terrible customer service from what I was able to hear on speaker. Said there was nothing they could do.
