Poor customer. We had to ask if we could place our order. No matter how many registers are open. No one is standing there just to stand there. You greet and help all customers. Do better 🥴
We had a really great experience with Alyssa today! She was so kind to my 3 girlies and made our family outing one to remember. We are so grateful for her generosity and kindness!
They charge $10 a kid to play on the play gym. 💀 don’t come here. And very dirty!
It's for the kids
The only employee that made my family and others feel welcome is JASON! Thank you for being kind and generous! He was the only one working the prizes while the employees just looked and laughed (I am assuming it is because THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO IT!) which I understand kids can be frustrating but if you cannot handle it there are other jobs where you do NOT have to interact with children. BUT once again THANK YOU JASON FOR YOUR SERVICE!
