I gave it 2 stars for service because the young woman taking our order was very pleasant. What wasn't pleasant was the manager scoffing at having to get an employee to open the play park that we had to pay for. 15 min of waiting, someone finally came over. Just very unprofessional. The prize counter associate and the floor associate liked to gossip which made for an uncomfortable environment. The food was not restocked as often for something to be called a buffet. I have 5 kids that I would schedule birthdays here and other little celebrations throughout the year. And I won't be doing that any more. Most recently bought the most expensive birthday package with an hour of play time per guest. And handful of guests got sick and didn't show. I asked the party specialist to cancel the party and we will still purchase the food and drinks and a couple of cards for play. Overall this is a great place for kids birthday parties. For $100 you get 8 kid sodas 2 large pizza and 8 game play cards loaded with credits and a reserved table. There are lots of interactive games and prizes. In addition, they offer gluten-free pizza and the good quality is good. The service was fast. The only reason i gave them 4 stars is because the content on the big screen TV showed murder, domestic violence, and drug use and was on display for children of all ages to watch.
