The food and service is always great, but the employees tend to use bare hands when making pizzas. They don't use hairnets. I've seen (and reported) many violations, but don't see much being done about it.
No greetings just workers standing around with there arms crossed my son hurt himself bad and no one asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything had no med kit wasn't even enjoyable after that my sons birthday party was ruined I always threw my party's here I'm so disappointed with the way it turned out and service.
Never have I ever had such a great experience at any PPP location as I did today at the Brooks location. From the moment my fiance and I walked in for the lunch buffet we were welcomed with warm hellos from the crew. Even though it was busy the crew was very kind and attentive. I can see why, the manager Christine also went above and beyond to ensure we had a top tier dining experience! She was awesome! So sad to hear she is leaving to the Fredericksburg location! Businesses need more managers like Christine.
