This experience occurred on November 22, 2025, and I intentionally waited before posting this review. We paid nearly $800 for a hosted birthday party, expecting the organized, hands-on service that is advertised. Instead, the party felt rushed from the start, with staff behaving as if cleanup began well before our scheduled end time. The assigned host was largely absent after dropping off food.
