Location on McDowell and Hayden, Scottsdale.. horrible customer service! We ordered delivery did NOT receive our full order. Called and the manager said we need to call door dash, however, the location did NOT give them all the food. Not his fault and not our fault. Manager was sassy and RUDE!! Refused to refund the order for out of state guests and tried to make us do the leg work of rectifying the issue
Upon arrival I informed the two staff at the front I was there for a reserved party. It was awkward because they just stared at me until I informed them I've never had a party there and wasn't sure what to do. Then I was told "oh yeah, your table is back there." Then I asked how I order the food and they said "it's up to you". Guests arrived and we ordered the pizza and drinks. I’ve been coming to Peter piper my whole life specifically this location and have never had an issue or a complaint but today was by far the worst experience do to their Staff member Nicole she was super rude from the start she seemed annoyed we even came in the place didn’t greete us and barely spoke when I asked for a to go box she and another staff member gave me a dirty look , I said thank you still after their attitude and I got no response my son later needed help redeeming his tickets he went over to Nicole and said “... read more
