Disgusting!!! Not just a little dirty... Completely DIRTY! Food wasn't good either and they send the food out separately so... I got the wings then 10 minutes later we get the bread sticks and 10-15 minutes later the pizza. Makes no sense. Don't get me started on the game area. It's gotten expensive, half the machines don't work and of course everything is DIRTY. Complete ripoff for what it all cost me to take my family there!
I presented a Groupon voucher at the front counter. The employee was able to add the offer to the register but when trying to scan the Groupon it would not work. She asked a coworker for help and she couldn’t get it to work either. They brought a manager over who tried it as well and said my Groupon was expired and I couldn’t use it. I showed her the date which reflected 3/17/25 as the expiration date and explained I was actually there to use it before it expired.
