This review is not on Dr. Pimpinelli but on the office/practice as a whole: We just had a horrific experience in this office. My mom, son, and I arrived 40 minutes prior to our appointment and followed the instructions to check in at the kiosk. The kiosk could not find our information and prompted us to see a receptionist. Since it was our first time in the office, I figured that that was why. We met with a receptionist, where I provided my son’s paperwork, insurance card, and my drivers license. PJ is an amazing PA! So knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring. Highly recommend!
My appointment was changed twice by the endocrinologist department. Today my appointment is changed 45 minutes before the time, while I was literally already at outside the office building. Staff is failed to understand that other people are taking time out of their work to get here and they also have time commitments. They have return me twice back without eccomodating me because I was once 18 and once 20 minutes late because of the highway traffic.
