Pete and the staff were very helpful and understanding with the issue I had and offered suggestions.
American Familys adjuster was very nice and professional !!! I was somewhat disappointed that my agent Peter Petta did not have ANY personal contact with me concerning my loss or claim. I intend to discuss the matter with him when I return to my home in Wisconsin !!!
