Went back for continued coughing requiring another day from work. Asked to come back in 2 weeks. Was initially treated well but there is no real ability for a corporate doctor to function independently to followup if a pt is still ill or getting worse. Will find another pulmonologist probably unless Dr Perdik opens an independent practice.
Had the absolute worst time in the office. The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. If I enter a doctors office because I am having health issues it should a well known practice to treat everyone with care. This receptionist doesn’t know what it’s like to make a comfortable environment and it’s embarrassing to have these types of people make such a professional place into a hostile environment.
This was my first visit to Summit Health, specifically for my appointment with Dr. Peter Perdik on Jan. 2, 2025. Amazing experience! Now I completely understand how Dr. Perdik and his staff have 5 Star reviews across all of the online medical review platforms. I had a 1:00pm appointment and was seen promptly.
