I always liked Dr Pema. He seemed like a down to earth guy and was easy to talk to. But at a time when I was very concerned about my health, his nurse Rachel Hollar treated me like total garbage. Understand, I was worried if I would wake up the next day and she took 3 days to even call me back after multiple call attempts. Then she proceeded to tell me I couldn’t talk to the Dr and started to be hostile towards me. She showed zero empathy or care for my situation. Dr. Pema has a wonderful bedside manner and the most amazing personality! He has a great sense of humor with a way to relieve your anxiety. He took time to listen and answer questions even though he was apparently very busy!

Never in my life if I experienced a bedside manner like Dr Pema ., both of my parents died early in their 40s. I remember sitting there talking to the doctors and they were cold. It was like couldn’t wait to get to the next patient. How did generations change but I’m gonna put 100% on this doctor you can trust him.
