Dr. Pema is amazing! He removed my husbands brain aneurysm and had a remarking rapport with him. Dr Pema was kind, thorough and supportive during the entire process. I always liked Dr Pema. He seemed like a down to earth guy and was easy to talk to. But at a time when I was very concerned about my health, his nurse Rachel Hollar treated me like total garbage. Understand, I was worried if I would wake up the next day and she took 3 days to even call me back after multiple call attempts. Then she proceeded to tell me I couldn’t talk to the Dr and started to be hostile towards me. She showed zero empathy or care for my situation. Dr. Pema has a wonderful bedside manner and the most amazing personality! He has a great sense of humor with a way to relieve your anxiety. He took time to listen and answer questions even though he was apparently very busy!
