Terrible. I took my diaper bag in to be cleaned. A young woman approached the counter and told me that she didn't know if they could clean it but that she would ask in the morning if they could and give me a call if they could not. My bag was hardly dirty at all, I just wanted to get it cleaned. She took my name, number and the bag and I left. The next day no phone call.
