Peter Pan Bus is the worst ever!!! They do not let you change your ticket. Make you purchase another one. Can't reach them by phone and they have no employee at the bus station. Use another means of transpiration than Peter Pan if possible. I am a senior on a fixed income and feel ripped off and very upset.

Horrible experience! Would never ride again! Gave my friends a full refund for a delayed bus trip, to then only give me a $10 credit. How dare they? The customer service is unaccommodating and rude. Never riding with them again.

I had a ticket from NYC to Boston for 4pm July 3, 2019 which I had bought a few days before. I was not able to use it since due to an accident nearby no busses were leaving the Port Authority Station until further notice. Upon enquiry none of the PPB staff was able to tell me a prospective departure time. I requested a refund since I was going to use alternative transportation. My sister and I traveled to help from NYC to our brother in Massachusetts to help him move. When we arrived at port authority 20 minutes early we found that the bus had left 30 minutes early and the following 9:30 bus was booked. We waited nearly two hours for a bus to come pick us and at least 15 other individuals that were left behind. The bus broke down halfway to the transfer location. Another 30 minutes. I'm going back to the the ********. Peter Pan bus from ** to *** with NO air conditioning both legs (you'd think I'd have learned from the first leg, but no...) in July. After 2 hours of sweltering heat, passengers began yelling for the driver to turn on the air conditioning. He did not acknowledge these outbursts. My wife and I purchased Priority Boarding tickets for New York to Philadelphia in Dec. 2016 because we are seniors. As directed by Greyhound, we arrived at Gate 66 in New York's Port Authority Bus Terminal at 8:30am for 8:40am boarding. We were the first on the priority boarding line. DO NOT USE THIS BUS! Entire terminal in New York is Greyhound and we were told the wrong gate three times. Although arriving an hour early, we were last to board. No employees are wearing even a Peter Pan shirt, all have extremely poor attitudes and a young lady of about 17 or 18 was at the door trying to get out the whole bus alerted the driver, we had not even put it in reverse and backed up, he said, she's late, she will have to get the next bus, put it in reverse and continued on!
