BMW is known for having notoriously bad service departments. Unfortunately, that’s just one of the poor realities of owning a BMW. Peter Pan BMW Service Department is proudly keeping that tradition alive—with disrespect, chaos, and behavior that would be unacceptable at any dealership, let alone one representing a luxury brand.
