7/3/2025 Update: Needed a rapid turnaround to make repairs prior to the long holiday road trip. Replaced old battery, repaired a cracked tire, replaced brake fluid, regular oil change and diagnostic, and replace drive belt and tensioner. Prices have gone up but the service continues to be first class. Automakers need to find ways to reduce cost of parts. 5/29/2024 Update: I had a broken regulator on my old car. Customer Service is excellent. My representative Wai had my car to me earlier than expected. Which was great. Chris one of the mechanics provided a video of all the work they completed. BMW provided a complimentary vehicle for me as well. I was very satisfied.
