Very friendly doctor and staff
While Doctor Ottavio was very good, the support staff is atrocious. Trying to get a return call is futile. I waited 90 minutes on hold one day and 1 hour the next and never received a call back. Today I called and finally reached a receptionist and explained my situation that I need to speak to the doctor about a cpap issue, and I would be returning the machine, and probably finding another doctor, and her response was that's fine! Wonderful answer !
