I am very disappointed with my experience at this practice. The administrative process is a significant hurdle; it consistently takes multiple days of back-and-forth just to schedule a single appointment, and the staff seems unwilling to assist with even basic requests. Terrible manners- demeaning and acts like he’s there volunteering to help patients out of the goodness of his heart but in reality people are actually paying for service. Learn to treat them as people. Actually tried to guilt me into taking a later appointment bc he didn’t have the bandwidth to handle the patient load for a sleep study within any reasonable timeframe. Wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for a provider that gives a damn about his patients.
Brought my mother- in-law to see the good doctor. It’s been over an hour and counting since her vitals were checked and we remain seated in one of the patient rooms. Personally, I like Dr. Ottavio. But the cavalier disregard for a patient’s time borders on arrogance and disrespect.
