It’s very hard to find a Doctor like this in todays world Iv been a patient of Doctor Ottavio for a long time just two years ago my other doctors missed what ended up being lung cancer Doctor Ottavio dug deeper to find out what was going on. Thankfully he found a small spot on my lung it was addressed as fast as possible and now the prognosis is good !!! My other Doctor apologized to me and now we are all on the same page I am forever grateful to Doctor Ottavio he takes the time to address the problem
Practice does not call patients back when they are in distress and also does not fit patients in in a timely fashion.
Negative stars if I could. Waiting on a new script for a different mask a week now. Keep calling and getting no where, going to have to return the machine- what a waste of time. Can't believe an office is run like this.
Called to get help and spoke with Marsha who was rude and condescending. Would never deal with this office again.
Excellent, professional, kind, caring physician… would recommend to anyone. Takes his time with you . Love this Dr. my husband is his patient. Somehow I’m posting under my sons name! He is 1000% the best Dr. of any kind I’ve been to!!!!
